Bayfront Studios

This project creates a new home for two separate creative companies—an independent music record label and a video production studio—brought together within one highly specialized commercial interior. Encompassing approximately 3,800 square feet, the fitout integrates “room-within-a-room” acoustic construction to support professional recording, mixing, and filming, allowing multiple studios to operate simultaneously without sound transfer.

A bright, welcoming shared lounge anchors the space, designed as a comfortable hub for artists, staff, and clients from both organizations. Expansive windows showcase the studio’s exceptional bayfront views and provide access to the waterfront, enhancing the daily experience and reinforcing the creative identity of the place. The result is a cohesive, acoustically tuned environment that balances technical performance with a relaxed, collaborative atmosphere in a stunning coastal setting.
