Signal Light Poolside

This project combines an addition and interior renovation to support a growing family and their outdoor living lifestyle. An attached in-law suite anchors the design, connected through a covered porch and seating area as well as an opened, covered rear walkway, which the expanded kitchen opens onto, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The kitchen and existing family room also feature large sliding doors, enhancing views and access to the existing pool and park-like backyard and integrating the home with its outdoor areas. Thoughtful attention to layout, sightlines, and connectivity ensures a design that balances family function with a strong connection to the landscape.
